Although extremely rare, some people are allergic to the metals and finishes commonly used in making jewelry. It is the responsibility of the consumer to be aware of any allergies they may have to metals or the oxidation applied to metals prior to making a purchase. BRINA will not be held liable for any allergic reactions that may occur as a result of wearing BRINA's jewelry since the customers medical history is unknown to BRINA. BRINA will also not be held liable if an allergic reaction happens when wearing BRINA's chapsticks. 

Choking Hazard

Some jewelry contains small component parts such as charms, which may present a choking hazard if ingested. As a result, jewelry from BRINA should always be kept out of the reach of young children or other individuals likely to ingest the jewelry or the component parts. Please keep your little ones safe! 

Damaged Items

BRINA is not liable for any damaged or used items. All transactions are non refundable due to COVID-19.
